ABOUT PATRIOTS WEEK
The Trenton Downtown Association (TDA) works closely with area attractions to bring the most comprehensive historical experience to life for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Through the immersive experience that is Patriots Week, TDA commemorates and recognizes Trenton’s unique and pivotal role in the American Revolution. A role that has shaped some of the very streets and buildings that can still be seen standing today as they were in 1776.
The event has traditionally attracted thousands of visitors to the city to enjoy historical tours, a pub crawl, a colonial ball, lectures, films, art, music, battlefield reenactments and living history events. This year, Patriots Week will feature a combination of virtual and in-person events, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
With dozens of events taking place during the six-day period, it’s easy for families and history aficionados to spend a few days in Central New Jersey this December. Be sure to check out our Facebook page for all updates and news!
Patriots Week is promoted by the Trenton Downtown Association (TDA) in partnership with the Old Barracks Museum.
